On the afternoon of April 22, FUZHAO XIANG arrived at the finish line of the FUJI category of the ULTRA-TRAIL Mt. FUJI 2023 at Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest (Fujikawaguchiko Town and Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture). She became the champion of the women’s category with a time of 24 hours, 14 minutes, and 51 seconds.

The ULTRA-TRAIL Mt. FUJI is an international trail running race held at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The event is organized based on world-standard environmental protection measures and operations. This year's event is the largest ever with about 3,400 participants. Also, for the first time in four years since 2019, overseas runners are also participating. This year, the race has new names for two race categories being held: the 164.7 km distance "FUJI" and the 68.4 km distance "KAI".

In the afternoon, female top runners of the FUJI will finish, and KAI runners will also reach the finish line.
